Precautions we have taken in our organisation against COVID-19

As Atalet Yapı, we have taken measures in our facilities since the precautionary process against Covid-19 started. We have fully complied with these measures. We have had a successful process and we are confident that it will be completed successfully. The measures we have taken in our structure are as follows;

📌Information posters explaining the rules to be followed regarding the process have been hung.

📌The number of service vehicles was doubled and the seating arrangement was determined according to the social distance.

📌There is regular temperature measurement during the journey in the bus.

📌The personnel who get off the service pass through the disinfection cabin and reach the work environment.

📌 Personnel are taken to the changing rooms in order. Lockers are used according to social distancing rules by skipping a locker.

📌 Necessary warnings have been made to maintain social distance in the use of social areas.

📌 Rest areas have been expanded to maintain social distancing during break times.

📌 Dining halls are divided into groups of three and meal times are determined at different time intervals. Seating is arranged diagonally.

📌In the dining halls, food and tea service system consisting of disposable materials is applied.

📌Warnings have been made about not being collectively in the use of social areas (masjid, etc.).

📌 Masked working principle prevails in our facility.

📌 The factory building is disinfected periodically.

📌Meetings and information are held via video call and e-mail.

📌 Business trips have been cancelled for a while.
